All stones vary due to the inherent nature and beauty of stone - no two are ever exactly alike so exact matching is not guaranteed.When you order multiple products with the same stone selection, however, we will strive to ensure that your order is completed with the most similar stones available to us.Stone selection is affected by our current inventory and market availability at any given time.Always contact us for current availability of your selected item.

If we do not have it in stock we will advise you as to the anticipated delivery time to complete your order.Most orders are completed within 3 -6 weeks;however, when market availability affects our stock, longer wait times are possible.We will keep you advised of delivery status

Care and Cleaning

Exposure to full sun or freezing temperatures is not recommended. Some gemstones may fade in prolonged exposure to sun. Clean stones with mild soap and water only, do not use harsh chemicals or alcohol-based products. Do not use water or water-based cleaners on Pyrite gemstones; wipe with dry soft cloth,vacuum, or use dust/lint remover spray.

Warranty - Hardware

Myterra warrants hardware against defects in material and workmanship, including adherence of gemstones to hardware, under normal residential use and service for a period of 5 years from original date of purchase. Commercial use is warranted for a period of 2 years. At its option, Myterra shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty.Please retain the dated receipt as evidence of date of purchase. In order to keep warranties in effect, the product must have been handled and used as indicated in Care and Cleaning instructions. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Myterra shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty - Gemstones

The gemstones used by Myterra are natural elements of the earth, not manufactured;cracking, or other breakage of the stone itself through normal use is not warranted.However, should such breakage occur, Myterra, as its sole discretion, may provide a replacement gemstone at a reduced cost
