Return Policy

No Cancellations Will Be Allowed After 24 Hours Of Order Placement. No Unauthorized Returns Will Be Accepted. Please Contact Us Prior To Returning Any Items.

You have 10 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of purchase. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Special orders may not be returned for any reason. Some items will incur a 25% restocking charge. We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.

Prior to shipping back any product, we must be contacted either by e-mail or by toll-free phone 1-866-273-1469 to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization.

Defective or Damaged Hardware

If a product is defective or damaged , we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item. We limit all warranties or guarantees to those offered by the manufacturer. Most of the items we sell come with Lifetime Warrantees; please consult with us about warrantee policies of individual products.
